She developed "Unifying Systems", technologies for designing organizations that are Working Smarter Naturally. Her focus is aligning an organization's culture with their business strategies, expanding capacity for proficiency through collaborative working relationships at all levels. She brings a broad range of experience with her. Hina began her business career in the "Garment Center" in New York in 1964. She has since earned a Doctorate in Organizational Development and Transformation.
